Format :

Men

Qualifying : All riders race in groups of 2 with each time recorded.

Finals : Fastest 8 qualifiers participate in a knock out competition as follows ;

1 v 8
2 v 7
3 v 6
4 v 5

The 4 winners progress to the semi-finals and the final 2 compete in the final.

Women

Qualifying : All riders race in groups of 2 with each time recorded.

Finals : Fastest 4 participate in a knock out competition as follows ;

1 v 2
2 v 3

The 2 winners compete in the final.

Over 45 : The 2 fastest qualifiers over 45 will race  in the final

2 x Special Format Handicap Race

Everyone that participates in the qualifying has an opportunity to win this race regardless of your speed. Names will be drawn out of a hat at random and 8 people will have the chance to race in a special race format for prizes.
Details will be announced on the day of the race.
