Qualifying : All riders race in groups of 4 with each time recorded.

Finals : Fastest 16 qualifiers participate in a knock out competition as follows ;

Quarter final 1 ; 1,2,15,16
Quarter final 2 ; 3,4,13,14
Quarter final 3 ; 5,6,11,12
Quarter final 4 ; 7,8,9,10

Semi Final 1 : Winner and Runner Up of Quarter Final 1+2
Semi Final 2 : Winner and Runner Up of Quarter Final 3+4

Final: Winner and Runner up of Semi Final 1 + 2


Women

Qualifying : All riders race in groups of 4 with each time recorded.

Finals : Fastest 8 qualifiers participate in a knock out competition as follows ;

Semi final 1 ; 1,2,7,8
Semi final 2 ; 3,4,5,6

Final: Winner and Runner up of Semi Final 1 + 2

Over 45 : The 2 fastest qualifiers over 45 will race  in the final


1 x Special Format Handicap Race

Everyone that participates in the qualifying has an opportunity to win this race regardless of your speed. Names will be drawn out of a hat at random and 8 people will have the chance to race in a special race format for prizes. Details will be announced on the day of the race.
